Welcome to the one and only Pascal House. Words can’t describe this incredible mid-century modern home in the world famous Deepwell neighborhood of South Palm Springs. It has all the original swagger and character that was intended when it was completed in 1959 by historic Palm Springs Developer/Builder Samuel Pascal.

The property was designed specifically for the Pascal family as their personal residence. The Pascal family owned the home until 2005 when it was sold completely furnished. It sold once again to current owners in 2017 who have worked to keep its important historic features and furnishings intact.

 From the street, the Chinese Modern-inspired home has long, horizontal lines and a semi-circular driveway, with carport and enclosed garage. Upon entering the home, through the double door entry, you are welcomed into the large living room, which is perfect for cocktail hour before dinner, relaxing on the enormous sectional sofa built expressly for this space.

Through sliding shoji-inspired screens is the spacious terrazzo-floored playroom, complete with Asian-themed bar, game table, large dining room table, and dramatic fireplace clad in the white quartz stonework. Adjacent to this are two large bedroom suites, each with its own  oh-so-fabulous ceramic tile with custom designs by artists George Nelson, Saul Bass and Dorothy Liebes. The third bedroom has complete privacy on the other side of the house and has a steam shower that also includes a sunken Roman tub. A fourth bathroom is accessible to the pool area. Despite a few minor updates like the countertops in the kitchen, the house and its interiors remain as they were originally designed, and ready to enjoy like it’s 1959!
