An all too familiar byproduct of the pandemic is social distancing. This of course has affected us social beings in countless ways. Our heart goes out to all the struggling restaurants and we’re thankful for the delivery apps to keep us fed. But we’re especially impressed with the creativity of Cara Haltiwanger, local LA chef and bar tender. She’s created mouthwatering breakfast sandwiches which she delivers via a bucket drop from a 4^th story brick building in East Hollywood. She’s not only satisfying our food cravings but allows us to get out of the house and experience a bit of community in a creative setting. Kudos to Cara. Who would have thunk that one day we’d be eating breakfast from a bucket?
