The vaulted ceilings and gorgeous wood used throughout the home are highlighted by the natural light that floods in from the expansive floor to ceiling windows and skylights.

"First time on the market" has got to be one of our favorite phrases in selling architectural homes. Case Study architect Whitney R Smith along with his partner Wayne Richard Williams were commissioned to build this Bird Streets home circa 1949. It does appear that original details like the gorgeous wood paneling and Japanese screens have been well preserved. Let's hope the buyer takes on the stewardship in preserving this house.
