Megan Marie is a third generation Los Angeles native growing up in Palos Verdes Estates. She began her real estate career at a young age, working for her parent’s real estate appraisal company. From the South Bay beach cities to the Hollywood Hills, the Eastside, Malibu and the Valley – she has spent significant time in each area- understanding of the subtleties and dynamic energy of each community so she can help her clients find the perfect lifestyle fit. Megan has with the Modern Living LA Team for over 5 years. Working side by side with the team leaders, she has been involved in hundreds of transactions. From client relations to staging properties her involvements with the team has given her a keen understanding of property conditions and how to translate a home into editorial worthy photography. A critical advantage in guiding her clients on how to get a home ready for the market or guiding them through the escrow process.
Before joining Modern Living LA, Megan worked in fashion and designed window displays for chic boutiques. As a seasoned traveler abroad, appreciating all the beautiful details of the world’s architecture. Growing up Megan played competitively in both soccer and basketball and now a diehard LA Lakers fan. Megan loves helping people with real estate as it combines her love of the arts and architecture with a competitive strategy for results.
