Noemi was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. At the age of 13 years old moved to Seattle where she went to the University of Washington and studied Economics. In 2003 she migrated to Los Angeles and calls it home. Noemi made the move to Hollywood to pursue her passion with photography and acting.
While working on this competitive career, she started working with a successful startup telecommunications company which she was able to utilize and enhance her skills in customer service, support, availability and knowledge in contracts, sales and negotiation tactics.
This is where Noemi was introduced to the real estate industry in which she became familiar and quite passionate with this business.
With that said, she made the move into real estate by joining the Modern Living LA team of the John Aaroe Group Sunset.
Not only did she choose this top producing team because of their dedication to their clients but because of their knowledge, customer service and passion. Noemi’s talents complements the teams’ drive and determination, to make the client feel excited and safe in their real estate experience, that it being on the selling or buying side.
In 2017, Noemi was named Woman of the Year of West Hollywood by U.S Representative for California’s 28th disctrict Adam Schiff.
Noemi lives in West Hollywood with her rescue pitbull Sadie. She is quite involved with the community as she takes part of the twice a year event CicLAvia, and volunteers for Project Angel Food, AIDS Walk, Revlon Run/Walk, Children’s Hospital, Heal the Bay and is chair of the City of West Hollywood’s Women’s Advisory Board.
